What’s the Processing Time?
All non-food orders are processed within two business days. We’ll need extra time for processing over the holidays, too. Don’t worry—we’ll be sure to communicate with you via email if there are delays with your non-food orders.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
When Will I Receive Confirmation of My Shipment?
You will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order and will receive tracking information within two business days.
What About Taxes?
Plenty Goods is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
What If My Order is Damaged During Shipment?
Plenty Goods is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received an order that’s been damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Do You Ship Internationally?
No, we do not ship any products internationally.
Returns Policy
If you need to initiate a return, please email our team at info@plentygoods.com. Non-food returns will be subject to shipping return fees. All food-related items will be refunded at the discretion of the support team member. Food items should never be returned.
