Good health is not about deprivation - it is living a full and plentiful life with foods that inspire us and make us remember where we came from.

Our Start

Good food should spark a newfound passion, a curiosity. Good food should heal. This is something Chef Sarah Russo has held fast to since the beginning of her culinary career. After being a nutritional chef for over 8 years, Sarah decided it was time to branch out and create her own business, offering delicious, veg-heavy meals that nourish and excite.

Us Today

Today, Plenty Goods serves as a trusted, holistic resource that offers nutritious meals and experiences for the curious at heart. Offering a creative menu featuring Midwest favorites, customers can now have the wholesome, organic meals they need, and they can have it on the go.

A Unique Approach to Wholeness

Sustainability at the Forefront

We share in your efforts to make our world a better place by reducing waste and consciously sourcing our food and materials. We do everything we can to limit our carbon footprint.

Bringing People Together

Good food is what connects us, it’s what builds relationships. We’re rooted in the idea that a good, hearty meal is best enjoyed when it’s shared—side by side with your loved ones.

An Abundance Mindset

Our passion is in the name, Plenty Goods. Since the beginning, we’ve embraced the concept of abundance, feasting, and perpetuating a healthy relationship with food.

Nourishing From the Inside Out

Leading a healthy lifestyle can be somewhat of a balancing act these days. We strive to make things a little easier for you by using wholesome, organic ingredients you can feel good about.

Meet the Founder

Chef Sarah Russo

I’m a Holistic Certified Chef and recipe-chaser based in Chicago. As a former vegan, my cooking style is firmly rooted in plant-based cuisine. My background is in crafting therapeutic and healing foods that are both functional and delicious. Of course, my favorite cuisine is farm-to-table—seasonal, plentiful, and relatable. I added animal protein back into my diet back in 2015, and ever since, I’ve made it my priority to mindfully source the “good stuff” in the Chicago area.

For the past six years, I’ve worked as a personal chef, recipe developer, speaker, educator, and blog contributor.

Eat well,
Chef Sarah
